Above and beyond I purchased a New Chevrolet Impala in November of 2017 with Mario Adams at Criswell Chevrolet. I went in for a view of vehicles but fell in love with I purchased a New Chevrolet Impala in November of 2017 with Mario Adams at Criswell Chevrolet. I went in for a view of vehicles but fell in love with a car. The process was long, but well worth it. In the midst of a whining 4year old and grabbing all of my items out of my husband truck, I misplaced my drivers license at the dealership. Mr. Adams called me and made me aware that I left my drivers license and offered to bring it to my house. I was relieved and didn’t want to make that 45min drive again to Gaithersburg, Maryland. I was very grateful! Fast forward 3 months! My second set of keys arrived at the dealership and Mr. Adams was out of the office. He called and spoke with the part department to make sure I was well taken care of during my service. I was thankful because the process could have been very confusing. I stopped by and spoke to my long time friend Gary Lewis who hooked us up with a great salesman Mario. Mario showed us all the SUV’s in White but my heart was set on a Nissan Rogue at the Criswell Nissan in germantown. So we all hopped into our vehicles and headed to Criswell Nissan. Mario helped us through the buying process and waited until we were done with the finance department. Mario was very professional and patient with us. He made my buying experience awesome. One of the things that I liked about Mario was that he was always smiling and seemed to really love his job. It takes a good person to sell a car but a great salesman to take pride in what you do that it’s no longer work.
