Above and beyond I purchased a New Chevrolet Impala in November of 2017 with Mario Adams at Criswell Chevrolet. I went in for a view of vehicles but fell in love with I purchased a New Chevrolet Impala in November of 2017 with Mario Adams at Criswell Chevrolet. I went in for a view of vehicles but fell in love with a car. The process was long, but well worth it. In the midst of a whining 4year old and grabbing all of my items out of my husband truck, I misplaced my drivers license at the dealership. Mr. Adams called me and made me aware that I left my drivers license and offered to bring it to my house. I was relieved and didn’t want to make that 45min drive again to Gaithersburg, Maryland. I was very grateful! Fast forward 3 months! My second set of keys arrived at the dealership and Mr. Adams was out of the office. He called and spoke with the part department to make sure I was well taken care of during my service. I was thankful because the process could have been very confusing. Mr. Adams went above and beyond to make sure I was in good hands. Thank you! More
