Great Experience/Awesome guy I was searching the internet looking for a lifted truck in PA and couldn't find what I was looking for. So I expanded my search area and came across C I was searching the internet looking for a lifted truck in PA and couldn't find what I was looking for. So I expanded my search area and came across Criswell Auto. I live in PA and was really uncertain about driving three and a half hours to look at a truck. So I decided to give them a call and was greeted over the phone by Mario Adams. I spoke with Mario and I advised him that I live in PA and would like to know more about the process of buying out of state and if the vehicle they had for sale was what they say it was. Mario took the time and explained everything to me and gave me his word that the truck is what it is and I wouldn't be disappointed. He said he wouldn't waste my time and want me driving three and a half hours for nothing.. Mario sent me via email and texts all the necessary paperwork and credit apps so when I arrived down there all I had to do was sign and drive. Prior to driving down to Mario spoke with me on his cell phone several times and advised me if I needed anything to let him know. Mario has great customer service skills and would highly recommend him on any vehicle purchase. I was a little skeptical about buying a car out of state but I will never look at that way again. Mario made this buying out of state experience for me extremely simple and easy. Mario still texts me here and there to say hi and see how i'm doing. Great guy!!! More
