Mario immediately greeted my family with a smile and a warm welcome. He was very polite, courteous, genuine, and knowledgeable of the vehicles and the car buying process. I cannot say enough good things about him. It wasn't just about buying a car. We shared everyday life stories. The ease of talking to him and being able to relate to life experiences sets Mario apart from other salespersons that I have worked with in the past. I had no intentions of buying a car the same day because my husband and my elderly mom was with me, and I didn't want my mom to have to wait too long. However, Mario stayed on top of things from start to finish...always keeping me well informed of what was going on and making sure my family and I were okay. We were done in record time. There was no long wait that I have experienced in the past. I have purchased several cars over the years, and this is by far my most pleasant experience. Thank you, Mario. You rock! More

Mario not only helped me purchase one, but 2 vehicles from him. I unfortunately totaled the initial vehicle and he got to work right away on getting me into an even better SUV! A Premier Tahoe! Criswell Chevy/Mario Adams was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! I saw the car online Saturday afternoon, received a call from Mario within 15 minutes, I went Sunday to look at the car (h experience we’ve ever had! I saw the car online Saturday afternoon, received a call from Mario within 15 minutes, I went Sunday to look at the car (he had it ready and waiting for me), we put it on hold until Monday, and then he had all the paperwork ready and waiting for us to purchase. It literally took less than an hour to buy the vehicle, call OnStar and leave the lot. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVERRRR. He was knowledgeable, they were friendly, relaxed, zero stress….I do not have enough good things to say. We will definitely be return customers!! More
