Mario was wonderful, made the buying experience simple and painless. They offered me a great deal and the finance department was also amazing. Bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade online and had it delivered. I do not recall any info telling me this vehicle had oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. 265/35/22 and the car comes from factory with delivered. I do not recall any info telling me this vehicle had oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. 265/35/22 and the car comes from factory with either 18's or 20's. The wheels and tires look great and perform well but the low profile is not as cushy as stock. Don't yet know if tires will rub with a big load in vehicle. Carfax said the dealer mounted and balanced 2 tires. Wish they had told me which ones were balanced. Due to not knowing which tires were balanced I had to take it to a local tire shop and pay to have all 4 balanced. After balancing, so far all looks good. The balancing cured the steering wheels shimmy. I have never bought a car and had to immediately balance the tires before this one. Lesson learned, buy local not online. More
