Worst experience we've ever had. Lies after lie in this place. They say one thing and a second later it goes out the other ear. They try to double talk you into blaming things they do being your fault. The place. They say one thing and a second later it goes out the other ear. They try to double talk you into blaming things they do being your fault. They will annoy the xxxx out of you because they basically want to steal your money. They will refuse to lower the price on any car playing their games. Before you head into any dealership, like used cars, go to an online car tool site and appraise your car like you were selling it on your own in mint condition. Once you find that price out, Joyce Honda will put the car for sale for 2x what they gave you and is way lower than selling the car on your own. They will come up with every lie and excuse. The second you drive the car off the lot, they will basically say FU and go back on everything they say! Trust us, do not go to this dealership, take the time to drive up to Route 23 and go to the other Honda Dealership! Remember, they make money off everything they do in the place its all profit! They give you an APR of 6.5%, they are purposely pocketing 1% of it to make more money. Go to a credit union and get approved through them. If they dont have the car, walk out! Do not pay cash either! Pretend your finaning the car and them perhaps hit them with cash. They make no money off you with a cash payment and you will get a higher price. But with all honesty, do not trust this dealership as far as you can throw them! More
