My experience with the service department at Jaguar Land Rover Santa Monica has always be superb. Mario is always there to help me find the best service options for my car, advise me on what would be best Rover Santa Monica has always be superb. Mario is always there to help me find the best service options for my car, advise me on what would be best for me at the time, and makes sure to call me with all details before going ahead with any repair work. I am currently living a couple of hours away, but make it a point to bring my car here when it needs servicing. Thanks so much! More

Mario is the most responsive service consultant I’ve ever used. He answers texts and calls quickly and assures me I’ll be well taken care of, regardless of the problem. I have no desire to call anyone else at the service department other than Mario. And my husband is so impressed with the way Mario takes care of my car, that he will call him too! More

Everyone is responsible at the Santa Monica service department. The guy who takes my car and gives me a rental and it’s all wonderful experience. However, my service advisor Mario is the best service a department. The guy who takes my car and gives me a rental and it’s all wonderful experience. However, my service advisor Mario is the best service advisor I have ever had during all these years that I take my car to all these different dealerships. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable and kind and responsive. I love my experience every time I bring my car for service. Mario is excellent and his services are exceptional!!! More
