The sales staff ("Bobby" and Mario) were extremely helpful. Very polite and very courteous. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the person that helped with our financing. He was very pushy and the moment I declined the warranty, he became rude and visibly irritated. Made my wife and me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, he lied about the cost as well as the timeline to purchase. There is a chance that he misunderstood his math but based on how often he does this, I can only assume that his (incorrect) division was intentional, trying to make the warranty seem like twice the value it was. He was also wrong about the loan terms but I believe that was an honest mistake and that he didn't understand the terms of the loan completely.
