I dealt with Mario Picone and Nicole as well as a wonderful fellow whose name I forget. My entire experience with BMW has been a revelation. The sales staff ("Bobby" and Mario) were extremely helpful. Very polite and very courteous. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the person that helped with our financing. He was very pushy and helpful. Very polite and very courteous. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the person that helped with our financing. He was very pushy and the moment I declined the warranty, he became rude and visibly irritated. Made my wife and me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, he lied about the cost as well as the timeline to purchase. There is a chance that he misunderstood his math but based on how often he does this, I can only assume that his (incorrect) division was intentional, trying to make the warranty seem like twice the value it was. He was also wrong about the loan terms but I believe that was an honest mistake and that he didn't understand the terms of the loan completely. I think his name was Jason but I do not recall the full name. More

Hassan is not only an excellent salesman but he is also learning the finance side of the business. But perhaps most importantly, he wants a happy Customer and will do what is takes to get you there witho learning the finance side of the business. As is truly the whole team from Mario, on the internet side (but does makes executive decisions on the corporate side. Dave in finance was quite smooth and service....the whole team is outstanding but my rep Derek Thomas is fantastic the others may be as well but I haven't worked with them. More

Buying my first BMW was exciting! Bobby Carr was great and made buying my 2021 BMW 2 Series 228i Gran Coup xDrive a very pleasant experience. He was informative and efficient. The Genius, John, was very helpful when I took the car for a test drive. Both Bobby and John followed up with a phone call to ask me how things were going with my new BMW and assured me they are available to help should I need it. I have named my car “Betty White” I am looking forward to my road trip to Charleston in my 2 Series. I would also like to thank Mario Picone for keeping me informed through emails prior to heading to the dealership. All was smooth sailing! More
