The Genius, John, was very helpful when I took the car for a test drive. Both Bobby and John followed up with a phone call to ask me how things were going with my new BMW and assured me they are available to help should I need it. I have named my car “Betty White” I am looking forward to my road trip to Charleston in my 2 Series. I would also like to thank Mario Picone for keeping me informed through emails prior to heading to the dealership. All was smooth sailing! More
