Totally disrespectful to lie to you in the face saying that 1 tire calibration takes 1 hour, 6 hours for a simple 2 tire mounting and rotation, then saying the machine was down, wasted my whole day at the that 1 tire calibration takes 1 hour, 6 hours for a simple 2 tire mounting and rotation, then saying the machine was down, wasted my whole day at the dealership even that I returned, when he mentioned 3 hours. Mary Ocampo and Mario Pinilla were a great team! They were so joyful,kind and friendly, that we truly enjoyed doing business with both of them. The way they walked out to take pictures and explained things about our Kia made us feel like family! My husband was very impressed by another credit specialist who approached him in order to see if he wanted to be part of the deal in order for them to improve the offer they were given us.
