I had the absolute worst experience at Kia West dealership. I scheduled a test drive for a 2018 Toyota, but when I arrived on August 10th, they casually told me the car had been sold days ago. No one bothered to call or confirm with me beforehand. Instead, they tried to push a 2022 Corolla LE with almost 80,000 miles on it. I dealt with Mario Pinilla, who seemed more interested in making a quick sale than providing any sort of decent service. I bought the car, only to discover it had a serious issue. It makes an insanely loud noise like an airplane. I took it to a technician I trust, who found that the wheel bearing was completely busted—an issue that must have existed for at least a year! It's even damaged the brake pads. The dealership clearly knew about this problem and just chose not to disclose it. I've tried reaching out to the manager, Alberto Ahumada, and Mario Pinilla, but have received no response to my emails. Every time I call, I'm told Mario is "not working" or unavailable. This is a $1,600 problem that I have to fix, just two weeks after buying the car! This dealership is filled with liars and frauds. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
