Mario, the Sales Manager, was personal, professional and completely genuine. He was able to quickly and accurately assess my needs. I was test driving a Highlander within a half hour and fell in LOVE with it. Paul, my Salesman, expedited my financing and paperwork flawlessly!! He was also very sweet, warm and completely professional. I was able to drive in the dealership, have my lease bought out, test drive a car and drive away in 3 hours! I got a phenomenal price and was able to pick my car out right off their massive fleet of cars! No waiting whatsoever! Dan was my icing on the cake, He taught me how to easily adjust all the settings from my seat and steering wheel position to setting my radio preferences and all the AMAZING safety features of the vehicle. Will Never Buy a Car from Someone other than Bill!!!! Sold us a 2018 4Runner. I hate dealerships and abhor when I have to buy a car because of the dealership experience. Bill was like talking about car Sold us a 2018 4Runner. I hate dealerships and abhor when I have to buy a car because of the dealership experience. Bill was like talking about cars with a buddy. Did not pressure or oversale. Listened to everything we had to say, gave his honest opinions and did the best job ever in getting a deal. One month later we came back to trade in our Camry. Saw Bill and deal done immediately. We had a small issue with the 2nd vehicle, Bill and Mario took care of it and made ever effort to make sure we were satisfied. Never has a dealership went to great lengths after the sale of a car but Hackensack Toyota did. Makes me very comfortable to know they still value you after the deal is done. I will back to see Bill in July once my son gets his license. More

Excellent Experience We found a certified 2015 Sienna Toyota with low, low mileage in just the color we wanted on Carfax. Only downside was that it was at Toyota of Hacken We found a certified 2015 Sienna Toyota with low, low mileage in just the color we wanted on Carfax. Only downside was that it was at Toyota of Hackensack, which involved taking two bridges and the Cross Bronx Expressway from our home on Long Island. But the travel (and traffic) were well worth it! The purchase went smoothly, thanks to the professionalism and customer concern of our salesperson, Melissa, who, along with sales manager Mario helped us stay within our budget, always called us back promptly during the purchase process, and even came in early on delivery day so we could pick up the vehicle before the dreaded rush hour traffic started. Vehicle is beautiful -- almost new in wonderful condition. The dealership handled getting the NY registration so we coiuld transfer our plates, and Rosa helped us by overnighting the registration when it came in. We took the vehicle to our local dealer for inspection and are now good to go!! Thanks to everyone at Hackensack Toyota. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, customer friendly dealership. . More
