It was good! It was a good experience. Everyone was very nice and explained everything very well and answered all my questions! Gave it 4 starts because they took It was a good experience. Everyone was very nice and explained everything very well and answered all my questions! Gave it 4 starts because they took long to get my car ready and were there for 5 hours. Yikes! But the main manager came up and gave me another free oil change for waiting so long. Other than that it was great:) More

He even held the leash when I wanted to sit in the car. I had been looking online at Mazda CX-5 for quite a while, but had never had a look inside. I am very happy I chose to go to Jim Ellis and I could not be more pleased with the buying experience or the follow up call from Marion. I have a few questions and will stop in next week.
