I am first and foremost devoted to FORD for running a fabulous business; not accepting government handouts and successfully managing and employing thousands to build a safe, secure, superior vehicle with all the luxury and technology a buyer could ask for. Secondly I am loyal to Marissa. She is the absolute best sales person I have ever met. She speaks to me NOT my husband. She searches for any discounts we/I might be eligle for to reduce the prive of the vehicle. She is honest and empathizes with the customers she serves. You can call her cell phone anytime. She will either answer immediately or return your call as soon as humanly possible. When she is with you she is completely focused on you and your needs not a phone call. Third is the family at Sam Packs 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills, they are the friendliest folks you'll ever meet. From the receptionist to the Service Department treat each and every customer as if they are working at 5 Star just to answer your call or service your car. From the beginning Marisa was very helpful and very willing to do whatever it took to not only earn our business. We had a few occasions that we had to cancel our appointment with her and she took it willing to do whatever it took to not only earn our business. I planned on getting a Mustang when I went to Five Star the only decision was which one. When I got there ... the one that I thought I wanted (Features-wise) was not on the lot (but it could be ordered or the only decision was which one. When I got there ... the one that I thought I wanted (Features-wise) was not on the lot (but it could be ordered or traded with another dealer ... As it turns out after driving several vehicles and with Marisa's patience ... I actually ended up getting a Mustang that was on the lot and it turned out to be the perfect fit for me (and my wife loves it, also) ... but she'll just have to keep driving her Acura. Based on my experience with the Sales staff and Finance Dept ... I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Great communication and client service. My car was being held upwaiting for a special inspection and I was given an update daily.
