I was simply going shopping to get information in order to make a future purchase. The deal she offered us was too good to pass up. This is the second vehicle Marisa has helped us to purchase. It will NOT be the last. Her friendliness, knowledge of the product, and caring are unsurpassed. She has made the car buying experience pleasant and hassle-free. My daughters are eagerly anticipating the time when we go to see Marisa to pick out and buy their first cars. Thanks to her and the whole Five Star Team, I am not dreading the experience either. We are very happy with the car we bought. Marisa sold us our first truck in 2007 and I went straight to her to help us again. We connected CarPro and he gave us 5 star Ford and Terry's name to contact. We did that and when we met him he told as they were there to help us to find a car to buy. They were right. She took us through the process and at the end we got the car we wanted with out pressure but with a helping hand. Marissa Thompson made this whole buying process easy. She answered every question we had and did not pressure us in any way. She was very willing to spend as much time as we needed to make a decision and I was so impressed that she was willing to stay late at the dealership for us to take delivery of our new vehicle and then sit with us for what seemed forever explaining the sync system and even set up our personal information for us as she was teaching us how to use it. Her efforts were above and beyond what we expected and for that we are grateful. The rest of the Five Star staff from the finance dept. and the after market dept. and the service dept. were the most friendly and helpful people we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can't say enough about Sam Pack's Five Star Ford family and how great they are to deal with and work with. I would hight recommend this dealership and Marissa Thompson to anyone interested in buying or leasing a new Ford product. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our new Explorer Limited and the quality and features of this vehicle. We were looking at Mercedes and Lexus and came back to the Ford because it offered the most vehicle and features for the money and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is the only place I will ever go to purchase a Ford.
