In writing reviews, I've always taken the task as not just a "pat on the back" per se, but also as a tool so the receiver, in this case the dealership, can learn, adjust and better their performance/cust just a "pat on the back" per se, but also as a tool so the receiver, in this case the dealership, can learn, adjust and better their performance/customer service. In that light; The sales department at Jimmy Britt was spot on. Knowledgeable, informed and most importantly, not pushy. I did a lot of personal research on the vehicle which they recognized and therefore let me ask the questions pertinent to what I needed to know. Same with the finance department. The service department, well, not so much. Hence the three starts. Placing mats on the floorboards does not constitute a "detailing". Which was supposed to have happened prior to me picking up my slightly used new vehicle. Lesson learned? This is how you quickly turn a five-star review into a three-star review, unfortunately. When the service department realizes they will be the last employees to make the vehicle "its best" maybe they will do a better job? To wit, all the training, attention to detail, hard work and customer interaction was all for not by two thirds of the team because one of the three spokes on the wheel didn't perform. I was searching within a 100 mile radius for a particular van and somehow this dealiership popped up with just the one I wanted. It was over 300 miles away and I knew it would be impossible. I was wrong... Marissa, DJ, Troy and the staff there were most awesome. I was able to conclude the deal and paperwork via docusign and they even delivered, YES delivered to just outside Raleigh, NC. I will sing their praises and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle...Thanks guys!! More
