What an unforgettable, fantastic experience! I’ve been looking at the Crosstrek for years and it was finally time to get it done. From my initial online inquiries in June to yesterday, when I picked up the car I ordered, Sophie Engle was simply amazing. She kept in touch and kept me informed. She’s engaging and incredibly patient to work with, and if she can’t answer one of your questions, believe that she’ll find someone who can. She worked very hard to put me in the car I wanted at the price point I had given. Yesterday, when I picked up my Crosstrek, she was utterly thorough in making sure I was comfortable in my car before I drove off the lot. We sat in the car and went over *everything* - even though she knew I’d forget most of it. :-) It was very busy yesterday and Marissa was the only finance person working, but I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was amazing! After opting for a couple of additional add-ons Marissa found a way to get me what I wanted again, at the price point I’d set. She’s a numbers genius! Annapolis Subaru is a welcoming dealership. I’ve purchased two Mercurys and two Toyotas and none of those experiences can compare with this. Bonus points for being such animal advocates, and partnering with the SPCA for events, *and* for having pups in the showroom! I would definitely buy another Subaru from Annapolis Subaru. More
