He has worked at a few dealerships, but Mark Allen is bye far the best. Good atmosphere, friendly environment, and great customer service. The time before Brian made me this sell on the Ram 1500, I actually got to meet Mark Allen. It’s not everyday you get to meet the owner of a dealership. He came up and introduced himself. We were in the process of signing our papers, and there was a couple there looking for a Chevy truck. They drove a few but nothing had exactly what they wanted. Mark actually went over and talked to the couple. He sat down with them, went over everything with them and ordered them a truck just the way the wanted it. I’ve never seen another dealership owner do that before. Very, very respectable. I will only shop at Mark Allen again, not only because my salesman Brian Braden is there, but because Mark Allen supports our veterans. I bought a used Ram, and I still had Brian put the Mark Allen Chevy sticker on the back bumper, and the Mark Allen American Flag on my back window. Usually you will take the dealership sticker off right after you buy your vehicle, but I won’t from here! Thanks again to Brian Braden and Mark Allen Chevrolet! More
