If you want to buy a car and know you are getting the best price and best service North End is the place to go. I bought my first Mazda in 2010 and when I wanted another it was the only place to go. The sales person was not pushy at all and sat with my daughter going over everything in the car so she would know how to use all the features. The finance person Collete was kind and went over everything explaining it all clearly. If you need a Mazda this is the place to go More

Overall my service was done quickly. I had one hiccup, which might need to be changed on your end. I was quoted (via text) for my oil change and a filter of $98, but service said that I had one hiccup, which might need to be changed on your end. I was quoted (via text) for my oil change and a filter of $98, but service said that was not the case and the oil change alone would be $64! In the end they got the pricing to match the quote...I am not sure if this might need to change in your text quoting system. More

I went to North end Mazda and consulted with Mark Atkinson. I came there with apprehension as I am not someone who likes to car shop. Mark had a friendly, non pushy approach. He discussed my options and provided me with his information, wishing me luck and support if I came back. Nonetheless, I was back later that day with confirmation that North End Mazda was where I wanted to purchase from! From the time I said yes, to the time I drove out of the parking lot, I was extremely impressed with their customer service! Collette Marceau, the financial manager, was also very nice and thorough throughout the process. When I picked up my vehicle, Mark spent a valuable amount of time going through every part of the car to ensure that I was comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership! More
