I called him about a couple different models I was interested in and within a day Mark put together competitive pricing and worked with me to find the right model and features I needed. Mark answered any of my phone calls or text messages right away and never pressured me at all during the buying and financing process --- the whole process was completely transparent and fair. Mark even located the specific vehicle color I wanted and made sure it was delivered to the dealership right away.
