Great Experience! I called late on Tuesday Evening to ask for information- Mark Atkinson was very helpful. I arrived the next day to check out a hard to find verhicle. They were waiting for me- greeted me and my husband .We were on our way to a test drive within 5 minutes. They provided the best pricing and financing with no games or gimicks. Jeremy Whitman & Michale Pinto also added to making financing & waiting for the paperwork go smoothly. This was the first time I left a car purchase and felt the car purchasing experience did not undermine the new car excitement. I am Very happy all around and would reccommnd this delaership to my friends- I arrived at 9:15 and was out the door with my new car- completely financed,cleaned and ready to go by noon! More

I Purchased a 2017 Mazda 6 - Touring from them This is the 2nd. time I have purchased a Mazda from this dealership. My other Mazda was in an accident and was not repairable so I had to purchase a new car fairly quickly. Mark found me the car I wanted and in the color I wanted within a few days. Jason made sure that all paperwork REG. and Plates were ready when I arrived to pick the car up. Jeremy went over all the functions that my new car has in it and helped me understand all these new functions in this car. Everyone there was really helpful and understanding as to my needs. I that went to service to purchase the locking lugs and Rich Helped me out and explained the reward points to me He was also very helpful More

Michael was also a pleasure to work with and made the, potentially complicated, financial process, a breeze. Overall, I will certainly be back to North End for all of my service needs since they are so great to work with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. More

Very helpful and honest The team at North End Mazda was great. They were very attentive and had great customer service skills, and they were more than happy to let me take as The team at North End Mazda was great. They were very attentive and had great customer service skills, and they were more than happy to let me take as much time as I needed on looking at cars. I asked them if I could take a Mazda3 halfway down 190 to see how it faired on the highway, and they didn't think twice about it. They were also super proactive when I did decide to buy, by explaining every figure and what the numbers would be with down payments. They pointed out "hidden" fees such as destination and advertising without needing to be prompted, and they didn't use any high-pressure for the sale of the vehicle or the extra warranties. they were happy to let the car speak for itself, and to give you the info you needed to make decisions. I was never uncomfortable, and that includes talking with F&I. I would definitely recommend them to anyone at Mazdas; they're very passionate about the make and want you to love them too. More

Another WONDERFUL experience at North End Madza My 2007 Mazda 626 died and I needed another car. I have been looking online so I had an idea of what I was looking for and the price range. Went t My 2007 Mazda 626 died and I needed another car. I have been looking online so I had an idea of what I was looking for and the price range. Went to the dealership, explained what I wanted in my car and my monthly payment. Jason Cote figure out the cars that fit my budget criteria. Mark Atkinson then helped me look at cars, with the test drive and explaining the new technology in them and I made a decision. Then we went over the numbers again (including rebates) to be sure it fit my budget before Tom came to do the financing. Tom Liddle did all of the financing paperwork explaining the cost, rebates and additional options I could purchase. It all went smoothly and I set up a pick-up date. On the pick-up date Mark went over all of the items that needed to be set, especially the new technology, made sure I was comfortable in using them and before I left made sure I knew to call him with any questions. Before I left I stopped and Adam helped me purchase new floor mats and install them correctly. This is my 6th new Mazda I've bought at North End and I have all of my servicing done there too. Only place to buy & service a car in my opinion!!!!!! More

Great Dealership! I highly recommend this dealership! My lease was up in less than two weeks and I needed a larger vehicle, since I started a new business. I live further away now, but I knew I would get amazing customer service, so I drove almost an hour. Again, Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my choice and my payments.. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the CX5 the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend North End Mazda (Mark in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Best car buying experience yet I became acquainted with Northend Mazda after using AAA online buying tools to look for a Mazda 3. Mark emailed me to initiate communication and state I became acquainted with Northend Mazda after using AAA online buying tools to look for a Mazda 3. Mark emailed me to initiate communication and stated that the goal at Northend Mazda is to help you have the most convenient and pleasurable car buying experience you have ever had. I'm the type of person who roles my eyes at that and dreads walking into any dealership. We corresponded through email and Mark said that he could probably get me the car I wanted in 30-45 days. He didn't try to get me to settle on something in stock. I thought that was great and decided to go in to take a look at similar vehicles and nail down what I wanted. When I went to the dealership, Mark right away told me he was busy but would be wrapping up in 5-10 minutes if I could wait. He asked what I would like to do while I waited and pointed me to the in stock Mazda 3 vehicles. He even took a moment to bring a car similar to what I wanted up to the building, gave me a quick lesson, and said I'm here until 6, take it for a ride, come back and let's talk. BEST TEST DRIVE IN YEARS!! We talked and I went home with a plan to look at a couple of Hondas the next day and return to Northend to compare the Mazda to them. Mark encouraged me to do that without pushing me to buy a vehicle on the spot. I went back the next day with my son and Mark treated us like friends. We took a couple more test drives and really liked the Mazda. Mark was open to proceeding with whatever I decided. What to do? Buy something on the lot, order & wait, search for something at another dealership, or even take a car on the lot and update it with options I want. He left it entirely up to me. I went home to weigh my options and make a decision. In my research I went online and found a vehicle that was almost exactly what I wanted. It was missing all weather mats, trunk tray, and back up sensors but had everything else including top color choice. I sent a picture to Mark and asked if he could get it. Two days later he had it and 24 hours later we spent 2 hours learning all about MY NEW MAZDA 3. Simple and fun experience! Oh yeah, he even arranged to have someone pick me up at my home to go to my appointment to get the car. Mark is the best. Highly recommended! More
