Exceptional experience buying a new Mazda from North End Mazda. Mark and Alex in sales were a great help, and Mike in finance made all the docs quick and easy. They offered me fair pricing on my new car and a fair trade-in for my old car. I would certainly return for my next car, and would travel the hour out there again just to go with them rather than a dealership in Boston. On top of the great service, Mark knew the cars in and out and had answers to a wide variety of questions and it was clear that he took learning about new models seriously. It made the shopping experience great, and I didn't have to search for anything while I was there, he knew it all. More
