I only have 16k miles on my Crosstrek and they rejected inspection sticker because alignment was off and needed 4 new tires to pass. I had a tow truck rear end me at a stoplight about a year go and Subaru inspection sticker because alignment was off and needed 4 new tires to pass. I had a tow truck rear end me at a stoplight about a year go and Subaru did the repairs but did not do a realignment on it. This is what caused me to have to buy new tires that costed 930 bucks. I asked them why they didnt realign it when they did repairs and shoulder shrugs is all I got. The car is under warranty and insurance paid for damages so why do I have to pay for their neglect?
