Speechless, unbelievable It was a long night. Car was clean and ready to go. They had pizza for customers and employees. They also had soda and balloons. It was a long night. Car was clean and ready to go. They had pizza for customers and employees. They also had soda and balloons. More

Great Experience ! Great experience. Knowledgeable staff listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and answered my questions. There was no pressure and I really liked that. Great experience. Knowledgeable staff listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and answered my questions. There was no pressure and I really liked that. I had driven my last vehicle for 14 years so was not familiar with all the new features i was getting. When I picked up my new Highlander my salesperson went over all the features, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

Allowed me to decide what I wanted and tried to find vehicles with my requested options. We had a 17 month old that had a little too much energy and the sales staff did an excellent job playing with her and keeping get entertained while paperwork was being completed! More

Fantastic GM at Russ Darrow Toyota in West Bend I wasn't satisfied with help from our sales person or the sales manager but the GM was fantastic and took care of everything I needed. Overall a good experience with the dealership. Cole Lutz was great to work with. He was straight forward and did not BS us.
