Bad place to go business The problem was with the financing. I chose to put down a large sum of money to keep my payment where I wanted. I was told by the sales manager I wou The problem was with the financing. I chose to put down a large sum of money to keep my payment where I wanted. I was told by the sales manager I would have no problem with that request with the down paynent. When I returned to pick up the car the interest rate was a lot more than I was told. This is after specifically requesting this and completing a credit app on line, I was told I can refinance in 90 days if I wanted a lower rate. I was lied to for a sale. This is wrong and deceitful. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone Most likely will tell people not to go there. I will service my new vehicle elsewhere. I was told I got the Auto Butler for free but saw it added to my final price financed. So if I can get this done at another dealership I have no reason to return. Finally I was asked to provide a copy of my marriage certificate after I specifically informed both the sales manager and finance manager the car I traded in was still titled in my previous name. I really expected more from what I hear on FISH radio adds this whole experience makes me doubt the radio station as well. More

Quick and High Quality Service I have only used the dealership service department for general maintenance but have found them very friendly and capable.
