Glenn's demeanor was one of the reasons we drove a hundred miles each way from The Villages Florida to buy our 2020 Elantra Ltd. He was a really good negotiator by being very respectful, listened well to questions and objections. He responded promptly with answers and information when returning calls. Glenn also responded with written quotes as requested, which another dealer rep Jocklyn was talking to resisted. This other rep was somewhat arrogant, and condescending. Glenn was the totally the opposite. No high pressure. A real gentleman! He had the paperwork, tag transfers, finance, insurance, and other preparations ready to go. The insurance and finance persons were also very professional. We would buy another vehicle from Glenn, and Crown when we are ready. No pressure from anyone. Painless RaShawn Latimer was our salesperson. From the very beginning with him on the phone to set up an appointment to find out what my mom was looking for to RaShawn Latimer was our salesperson. From the very beginning with him on the phone to set up an appointment to find out what my mom was looking for to the test drives and then finalizing the paperwork. Mom was looking for leather seats (they don't come standard in the Sport edition of the Tuscon) and he was able to make it happen in one day. I was thinking more like a week. Not only is Mr. Latimer an excellent salesperson but he is a genuinely kind individual who listened to every question and concern my mom had about the process. Crown Hyundai is definitely in a better position having RaShawn on their sales team. More
