Traded in my 2010 Genesis for 2020 G80 I had been taking my 2010 to Crown Hyundai for servicing and was very satisfied with service received. I decided to look there first for a new car. I was greeted at the door by a member of the staff who asked how he could help me. When I told him I was interested in a G80 he immediately took me the appropriate staff member. Anthony Capwell then expertly guided me thru the rest of the process. He was very professional as well as personable and most important extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided some excellent information. Once the decision was made to buy the G80 Anthony provided a thorough orientation to the car and it's features. The entire process of trading in the old car, arranging financing, and transferring insurance was streamlined and efficient. As a result of my pleasant experiences with both service and sales departments I will be returning to Crown for service and future sales. More
