Frustrating to call and not have someone answer the phone, no way to leave a message. Texted and they didn’t call back either. Took an entire day for a quote to come back. Gentleman who helped me was phone, no way to leave a message. Texted and they didn’t call back either. Took an entire day for a quote to come back. Gentleman who helped me was sassy and rude, offered more problems than solutions. Did not seem emphatic to my car issue. Was not willing to go above and beyond or even meet the bare minimum of niceties for customer service work. Cm More
