SOME GOOD, SOME NOT SO GOOD The original salesman (Joe) I worked with clearly did no work regarding financing since he gave us an interest rate more than two points higher than w The original salesman (Joe) I worked with clearly did no work regarding financing since he gave us an interest rate more than two points higher than what we ended up getting (both credit scores 800+). Once we got to our rep (Mark), he was very helpful and got us through the buying process in short order. They did however, put the incorrect date on the temp tag and we had to have them FedEx a new one. PS - We had an issue with our trade-in and the service department went above and beyond to help with the issue. So clearly, some good and some not-so-good. More

Purchased 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA . Selected the car for pre-certified excellent condition and for CarPlay capabilities. Unfortunately the CarPlay and USB port did not work when it . Upcoming appointment to get this fixed. I cannot rate the dealership until I drive the car with these things repaired More
