They understood that I had very specific desired features and did not unduly pressure me into buying a car that they already had on the lot (none of which suited my requests) but instead helped me to order the right car from the factory. Most other dealers treated me as if I were only good for "quick sale" and became less interested when they learned I would not fulfill that role. Stefania and Allen at Herb Chambers, though, listened to my requests and worked to fulfill my needs. They treated me like a PERSON, not just a sale. I had multiple questions that I could not answer through my own research, so they used their internal networks to discover the answer. And, after all that, still offered a great price. Even Mark in Finance treated me well, researching answers to my questions and explaining the packages in a way that made sense without pressuring the sale. I absolutely recommend working with each of them! Thank you for your commitment to giving me a customer experience that was different - and MUCH BETTER - than the other dealers. More

Carlos, who had helped my husband a find a new car a month earlier, was terrific at helping us to explore all available options in their lot. He was relaxed and encouraging - never pushy. We had to have my choice of car brought in from another lot and it arrived sooner than expected - the next day! Mark was terrific and made the purchase easy and relaxed. Carlos explained the basics of my new car and I was able to drive away with confidence. Both my husband and I are very happy with our new Highlanders and our experience buying from Herb Chambers. More
