He spent 3+ hours with me educating me on the different models and the fabulous warranty on the Certified pre-owned vehicles. Mark was very patient and was happy to let me test drive three different cars. I’m so pleased. My husband returned with me the next day and we ended up purchasing an NX300. I am over the moon to be a new Lexus owner and so grateful to Mark for his patience and expertise. Don’t buy a Lexus without working with Mark Demma! More
