While at Muller for routine service I spoke with Mark Dettlo the Service Director about upgrade my RDX to a 2024 MDX. I had the opportunity to work with Lance Dailey in Sales who was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. Lance was patience as he explained all the new tech features and functions of the MDX. Lance was great, he reviewed the commonly used features with me and helped set up my personal features settings on vehicle, so I was set to go when I left the dealership. Myles Bauer the Finance Manger works hard to get the best interest rate for his customers. He makes you feel like family as he goes through the financial process. The financial process was quick and smooth. I would also like to say thank you to ALL employees in the Service Department who prepared my new vehicle for me at Muller Acura. More

This 2023 MDX is the fourth I've purchased from Muller. The last three have been from Lance Dailey. I have nothing negative to say regarding the dealings I've had with Muller. Lance gets all gold stars when it comes to product knowledge. I've purchased quite a few cars during my 71 years on this planet. I keep coming back to Muller and Lance for a good reason. I I know I will be treated fairly without having to deal with a "CLOSER". I have recommended Lance to some close friends of mine. They also have been treated well. I will also recommend the Service Department at Muller. Anyone in the market for an Acura should, by all means contact Lance. You will not be disappointed. More
