This is my 4 th Acura I’ve bought since my first 2003 TL. I love the quality of Acura and the service dept at Muller’s is outstanding as well as the sales and finance. Mark Dettlo and Jeff Jett were terrific to deal with. I had multiple items that needed to be addressed on my RDX. Jeff kept me abreast each step of the way explaining what the recommendation was, my cost, had multiple items that needed to be addressed on my RDX. Kim Burnett has been my service advisor since day one. Her excellent customer service is the reason I drive 52 miles each way to have my TL serviced at Mullers Acura. There has never been an attempt to upsell unecessary service and all service and PM have been performed flawlessly. Mark Dettlo always stops to speak with me when he sees me in the service area. Have been bringing my vehicles in for service here for the last 4 years. On my last visit for an oil change, one of the techs had stripped my oil pan by over tightening the drain plug. Mistakes happen the last 4 years. On my last visit for an oil change, one of the techs had stripped my oil pan by over tightening the drain plug. Mistakes happen, however the service advisor refused to cover the costs of The repair and claimed that stripped drain bolts are a normality on a 2012 vehicle with less than 100k miles. Spoke to Acura corporate and they agreed to cover 50% of the repair bill due to it clearly being a tech error, but mark still refused to cover the remaining 50%, even after I’ve been giving them my business for the last 4 years. This whole negative experience could have been avoided if the dealership took responsibility for their mistakes and covered the remaining balance of the repair ($200). Needless to say I’ll never be coming back to this dealership for future service or my next vehicle purchase. More

The service department at Muller's is excellent. We have been dealing with them since 1996 and have always been very pleased. This dealership and service department are top notch. Experienced and knowledgeable staff from top to bottom. Came in for service and a quick look at new cars. Loved that NSX!
