Mark did a great job on the accompanying various test drives of new Honda vehicles,bef This dealership did a terrific job in sales via Mark Ellis. Mark did a great job on the accompanying various test drives of new Honda vehicles,before my deciding on a lease for a 2019 CRV.-EX..The negotiations on price with mark and the sales mgr was tolerable with very little sales pressure and all discounts were brought to my attention i.e military discount ,etc.The finance mgr was cordial and completed the paperwork in an efficient manner. The review of vehicle buttons,switches,and features were presented to me by Prince R,who did an excellent job of covering all these many features available and demonstrated their operation ;which was much appreciated , versus looking thru manual to figure out how to operate radio and rear wipers.I will be returning to Mohawk for required vehicle service ,and enjoy the free coffe,cookies,and flavored seltzer, while relaxing in the customer lounge. More
