My husband, Mark, and I were very satisfied with our dealings at Halleen Kia. We traded in our 2007 Kia Spectra Kia Rio.Mark and Jim were extremely helpful, and the deal went smoothly and we were easily dealings at Halleen Kia. We traded in our 2007 Kia Spectra Kia Rio.Mark and Jim were extremely helpful, and the deal went smoothly and we were easily guided through the process. We thought we were treated fairly and got a very good deal. Jim went out of his way to explain all the features on the new car. Sam and Mark were both friendly, professional, patient, and kind. They were honest, understanding, and made me feel valued as a customer. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and will not go anywhe and kind. They were honest, understanding, and made me feel valued as a customer. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and will not go anywhere else because of their excellent service. As they are both fathers they understood my needs, what I was looking for, and knew I had three children to get home to and didn't have a lot of time. Mark and Sam were efficient, positive, and communicated efficiently throughout the whole transition. This was my best experience EVER in purchasing a car.
