I have been a long-standing customer of Herb Chambers Lexus, since Lexus first appeared on the auto scene, the early 1990’s, well before the Sharon building, etc…At that time, there was a nucleus of help Lexus, since Lexus first appeared on the auto scene, the early 1990’s, well before the Sharon building, etc…At that time, there was a nucleus of helpful sales personnel whose style encouraged return sales and I had the good fortune to meet a young gentleman who represented the Service Dept., Mark Forcucci, who provided most easy access to Chambers’ Service Dept., despite the distance from my home to H. Chambers in Norwood and subsequently Sharon. Over the years, the sales personnel have become less aware as my new car needs have reduced notably, since my retirement. As a result, my contact with the dealership has been chiefly for service, which has been orchestrated magnificently by my good friend Mark Forcucci!!! Whenever I have a problem with.either of my Lexus’s, Mark is the “Answer Man,” as well as manager for routine services…with ease!!! As a result, my chief contact at Chambers Lexus is Mark F., always with very positive results More
