Mark Forcoochie accommodated my schedule once again. I was there for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was told it would approximately 90 minutes which was fine. After the 90 minutes and no call with an update. I checked my app and the car had been l I was told it would approximately 90 minutes which was fine. After the 90 minutes and no call with an update. I checked my app and the car had been locked up and parked somewhere on premise. Long story short, I waited another 30 minutes before I asked a manager what was happening with my car since it had been locked up for 40 minutes. He made a call and it was brought out to me. Terrible service this time. More
