I have yet to see anyone smile at your dealership. People that obviously work there don’t even acknowledge your existence as they walk by you. Staff that I spoke with are well scripted but are robotic at b that obviously work there don’t even acknowledge your existence as they walk by you. Staff that I spoke with are well scripted but are robotic at best. Certainly no one has ever read “Customer for Life” or taken a Ritz Carlton course. Home for us is Florida. My car just traveled 1500 miles and I expected it to be washed. It might have been vacuumed but dead squashed bugs on my windshield grime on my rear window is highlighted by the rear wiper movements. My 35,000 mile service isn’t a big deal and from drop off to leaving I was there for two hours. I’ve always valued Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Next time I’m there I’ll be sure to vocalize it. They always deserve 5 stars. More
