Mark got me right into a loaner vehicle and assured me he would get the car fixed right up. By the next day he had ordered a new radiator, had it installed and cleaned the car for me. I went back to Rob for the second purchase because I was treated so well the first time around. Rob is experienced, customer friendly and very attentive to the customer's needs. Rob takes the time to teach (not just show) how things works on the vehicle. He is especially good at demonstrating and teaching the technology the vehicle has to offer. I took my first vehicle to Service Manager Mark Forcucci. I always dealt with Mark because he is very up front about what maintenance was needed on the vehicle and made sure that the appointments were set up, a loaner was available and the service was completed on time. I will continue to work with Mark with the second vehicle as well. I have had nothing but good results from both the sales and service people. This is why Herb Chambers continues to get my business.
