He came up with several options, the pros and cons of each and gave me space to decide. He followed up on our questions about the car we bought and dealt with them promptly. I have purchased close to 50 vehicles in my lifetime and have never met My family and I wish to thank Nicole Thomas for all that she has done for us. I have purchased close to 50 vehicles in my lifetime and have never met anyone as knowledgeable, polite and professional as Nicole Thomas. She is a great listener and never rushes you or ignore what your problem or issue might be. We feel like we are treated with rhe out most respect and dignity that is hard to find in a lot of car dealerships. Always there for me! I want to share my experience from 3-1-19. Mark Forcucci was great in helping me in the middle of a snow storm without an appointment. My car overh I want to share my experience from 3-1-19. Mark Forcucci was great in helping me in the middle of a snow storm without an appointment. My car overheated and radiator started leaking. Mark got me right into a loaner vehicle and assured me he would get the car fixed right up. By the next day he had ordered a new radiator, had it installed and cleaned the car for me. I can always count on Herb Chamber Lexus and Mark Forcucci. More

Excellent Service; Excellent People I have purchased two hybrid SUV s, (RX 400h; RX 450h) both from Rob Williams. I went back to Rob for the second purchase because I was treated so wel I have purchased two hybrid SUV s, (RX 400h; RX 450h) both from Rob Williams. I went back to Rob for the second purchase because I was treated so well the first time around. Rob is experienced, customer friendly and very attentive to the customer's needs. Rob takes the time to teach (not just show) how things works on the vehicle. He is especially good at demonstrating and teaching the technology the vehicle has to offer. I took my first vehicle to Service Manager Mark Forcucci. I always dealt with Mark because he is very up front about what maintenance was needed on the vehicle and made sure that the appointments were set up, a loaner was available and the service was completed on time. I will continue to work with Mark with the second vehicle as well. I have had nothing but good results from both the sales and service people. This is why Herb Chambers continues to get my business. Good people; good results. More
