From the first time I went to browse the inventory onsite, salesman Mark Fox was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. As a shopper, I usually know what I'm looking for before I set foot in the store/showroom, and this was no different. Rather than pressure me towards anything else or push for the up-sell, Mark listened to what I wanted (Impreza hatchback) and then worked to help me find it and to make sure I was happy with it. That is something that goes a long way in forming my opinion of a dealership and salesman. Between the interactions with Mark in sales and then Chris in finance, this was so easy-going it almost left me confused, but definitely satisfied. My mother tagged along with me, and not only did she comment that this was the best car-buying experience that she's witnessed, but now is thinking of getting a Subaru for herself! I'll definitely recommend Matt Slap to anyone shopping for a new car. Thanks, guys! More

I recently took vehicle in for oil change ( I bought my 2017 Forester from Mark Fox back in Dec 2018 and he was friendly, courteous, and professional. I recently took vehicle in for oil change (think 6/24) and the intake person was very nice and gave me the advertised coupon discount because it was my birthday (I had mentioned). I appreciated that as I had forgot to show the coupon on my phone when I signed in. I believe I'll be a lifetime Subaru customer, I love my Forester! More

I hate the car buying experience, but Mark Fox and Matt Slap changed that experience forever. From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership the salesman or should i say super salesman Mark Fox made us feel like one of the family. He was patient, knowledgeable thorough, what can I say he was fantastic. I was leaning toward another car and dealership, but the way Mark and Matt Slap handled it, there was no question, we were going to buy our car here. It was our 3rd purchase of a Subaru at Matt Slap. We are sold we are lifelong customers. I have done nothing, but sing the praises of Mark and Matt Slap. No pressure just excellent attention and respect for the customer. What a hassle free car buying experience! When I went to Matt Slap, I was greeted by Mark Fox. I requested that he come along on the test drive and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Cross Trek. He knew the packages included and was able to compare and contrast the Cross Trek, Outback and Forrester. After test driving and having the conversation with Mark, I knew that I found the car for me. Buying the car was the most receptive and hassle free process I have ever been involved in. There was no haggling for hours. I was satisfied with what they could offer and what I could afford. Mark went over the vehicle after it was prepared and then completed a follow up call to make sure I was loving it....and I was and still am. I was not a big fan of driving but after this purchase, I am enjoying long rides in my new Cross Trek! More
