When I came to Northside Lexus 10 years ago I had never sold cars before, but I have always been a “car guy”. I have owned around 65 cars, trucks, motorcycles and two buses. I work in the Pre-Owned Sales Department, and I love to see an older car being traded in with low miles, and a real great paint job. That is lots of fun for me! Mark Green assisted us in purchasing our first Lexus. Mark Green, my sales consultant, was very courteous, accommodating and professional. Brent Penn,, my finance manager was quite helpful and informative. I appreciate the friendly, hospitable atmosphere at Northside Lexus. I am also pleased with the email follow-ups. However, I was quite disappointed that I ended up paying list price. I have purchased numerous vehicles, several of which were luxury vehicles. I have always negotiated better prices than the list price, therefore I was not pleased that Northside Lexus refused to negotiate. More
