They sold me a car in June with non-working rain-sensing wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insuranc wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insurance to cover a windshield replacement instead of them taking ownership of the issue, so much for a "Toyota certified used" vehicle. I won't buy again from these folks or bring my car for service here. Buyers beware of this place. Any attempt to contact any level of management gets discarded, it's shady business practices. 16Dec22: The car's windshield was replaced by Boch Toyota and now the car works perfectly. This place is a caricature of all the negative aspects of car buying. I called ahead to look and made an appointment to look at an Avalon. They didn’t have it ready. Awful experience. We asked for a quote on a car, they never gave it to us. When we went in for a scheduled appointment, the salesmen only gave us two word answers, and no insight to some of one questions never gave it to us. When we went in for a scheduled appointment, the salesmen only gave us two word answers, and no insight to some of one questions, lastly they told us last minute they did not excerpt outside financing. I was eager to buy or lease a car through here after returning my lease out of convenience but they were so rude I will never go back again. Also, we were only able to test drive in their parking lot where other dealerships have let us take the car off the lot. More
