I've been @ Harbro since I was 11 years old.. if there's something to be done, I've done it at one point or another! When I'm not at Harbro, I'm traveling with my family - finding new places. I love getting off the beaten track. Sometimes that means a off-roading in a Jeep Wrangler, other times road-tripping in a van... After buying the car they knew I was disappointed in the way the bumper was touched up, so they sent it off and had the bumper refinished to make me happy. They even gave me a loaner. Well, it came out great and I would highly recommend Harbro to all! More

Preventative Maintenance Upon returning home from vacation, my auto would not start. Had AAA start the car and brought it to Harbro where they replace the battery for free si Upon returning home from vacation, my auto would not start. Had AAA start the car and brought it to Harbro where they replace the battery for free since it was less than a year old and installed by them. No problem or questions. While the car was there, I had them do some preventative maintenance which they did quite efficiently and expeditiously. Had the car back the next day and it was running fine. I have had my vehicles serviced at Harbro for over 35 years and always had a great experience. No reservations about recommending them to anyone who needs to have their vehicle serviced. More

Amazing sales dept. and customer service I stopped in just to “look” for a used car. After speaking with the sales staff and test driving a couple vehicles I was sold. Unprofessional Very unprofessional. They could have had a very easy sale. We had done our research, knew exactly what we wanted, and already had our financing arrang Very unprofessional. They could have had a very easy sale. We had done our research, knew exactly what we wanted, and already had our financing arranged. Easy peasy, right? Instead, we interacted with three different people who told us three different things. They did not return phone calls, nor did they get back to us when they said they would. Clearly, keeping our business wasn't a priority. When I wanted to pick up my deposit, I was told that "everyone" was going to be "in a meeting" ALL afternoon. When I did return, the receptionist did not have any cash on hand. Instead of walking out and discussing options, someone yelled out from an office: "You can give him a check or he can come back tomorrow." Thanks, guys. We'd prefer to support local business, but in this case, we just can't. More
