It was a bit more messed up than I thought, but the peace of mind that comes from knowing what is wrong and what to budget for is fae better than a local shop thinking that it might be this or that. I had the ABS brake module fixed and the brake lines flushed. Brandon kept me informed of what was happening and the estimated costs. He set me up with a loaner car so I could make my dental appointment the next day. When I had questions, he got on the phone to the technician to get an answer. Great service as always for this new addition to the family. My other car is a 560 SEL. More

Let me start off with how insanely packed the service department was when I came. So I brought my car in for a regular service. I contacted my service advisor a couple days before and he reassured me that either of the days I had planned would work for his service center. I brought it on a Friday late morning and they had it done by the end of the day. I could not be more pleased. From the moment I dropped it off, I was greeted and taken care of. I usually make ride arrangements before dropping off my car BUT if I didn't have that they have a shuttle service to accommodate me. When my car was done it was a very quick check out and had my car pulled up moments later! If you want a hassle-free service center I HIGHLY recommend these guys. More
