The vehicles here are competitively priced so there wasn’t room for haggling which is nice. I had to bring the vehicle back for two items they promised to fix. Mark the service manager was excellent and took care of them right away. Andy in fact finance was also fantastic and made the paperwork side a breeze. I would highly recommend this location. Incredible help when I needed it the most! A Redlands car wash ran over my key thus destroying the key fob. After a very upset phone call from my wife, I took the spare key from our home down to the car wash just to get our car started. Mark Interlicchia was instrumental in a speedy replacement and preparing the paperwork to prove to the car wash I had replaced the key so as to get reimbursed by them. I truly can’t thank Mark enough for all his help and support. More
