They made an internet purchase from 350 miles away painless and practical. Mike gave me an honest assessment of the truck over the phone that turned up minimal surprises upon arrival. Mark sealed the deal on a good note. I would buy another car from Currie Motors Ford again. More

Great teamwork! Cornelius, Mark and Dominick went out their way to see that I can get a new car that day. Cornelius, Mark, and Dominick had put me at ease when I was trying to finance a car on my own. They were very helpful and very caring when it came to purchasing my car. My purchase of a Ford F350 + interactions with Currie Motors I was in the market to add another truck to my collection. After hours of endless searching I came across an F350 diesel truck. I knew a truck like I was in the market to add another truck to my collection. After hours of endless searching I came across an F350 diesel truck. I knew a truck like this wouldn't last. So I called to inquire about it, I was connected with Zana Belmer who was very friendly and set an appointment for me to look at the truck the following Monday. Upon arriving at the dealership I was immediately greeted by Alex Brixie. If you like to go look at a car with out being pressured or pushy sales tactics, he would be the man to see. He immediately got me the keys while I inspected the exterior of the truck. I then asked him to get me any history he had on the vehicle and he promptly did so. We took it for a test drive and everything checked out with the truck. I asked him to get the paper work going for the truck. While I waited he was very hospitable as well as fulfilled any requests I had. Once the paper work was done I worked with Ken Gohmann, he asked what I would like for an interest rate, payment term, and all that good stuff, with out any hassle he did so perfectly. Very knowledgeable and friendly down to earth guy, he really went above and beyond for my financing needs. Everybody knows paper work takes time and these guys really make sure they don't keep you waiting and make it a priority, even while your waiting the friendly staff such as managers Mark Kischkel, Ali Rafati, and Joe Easterhouse would help the time pass by through casual conversation and really get to know you as a customer. Everything went smooth and I was in and out in no time driving home an awesome new truck. About a month after I had come in to get the door code panel coded and Robert Emlund took care of me. I hardly got my foot in the door and was greeted with a hand shake and a friendly introduction. I thought I was gonna be there for awhile but he got the truck in with a tech and done in no time. Couldn't ask for nicer service. I strongly recommend going to see these guys, I drove 2 and a half hours just to buy from them which is well worth it for the service! More

I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle through Currie Ford in Frankfort, Illinois. Even if you don't need a car, I suggest buying a spare vehicle from there just to enjoy the experience. :) Seriously t Ford in Frankfort, Illinois. Even if you don't need a car, I suggest buying a spare vehicle from there just to enjoy the experience. :) Seriously though, I live in Chicago and had been looking for a used vehicle for about a month. I was at several different lots (one of which tried the bait and switch, come on man!), including the max car place and I have to say the treatment I received at Currie was outstanding and unmatched. From Pete, my sales guy who was extremely professional to Mark who got me a very good and fair price on my trade in to Ken who handled the paperwork seamlessly and any one else I may have forgot to mention, I was treated by one and all fairly, respectfully and as if I was the most important customer there ( I bought a used vehicle for under $10,000 by the way, not a high roller by any means). A couple days after purchase I noticed a few swirl marks on the exterior paint and talked to the manager Jason. Not only did he tell me he would take care of the issue at no charge but suggested I wait and bring it back after the weather broke to have it looking like new AFTER the salt and snow were gone for 2014 (so probably in July the way this winter is going). That was followed up by a call from Pete, my sales guy, who assured me he was in the loop and available to help when I come back with the car. One last thing, the car itself is running great and is close to immaculate (minus the swirl marks which will be taken care of). Bottom line, go get your car from Currie, when I am in the market again I definitely will return. Go Hawks! Jim from Chicago More

After submitting an online request for a test drive, I did recieve a call back. I specified 3 specific vehicles from the Dealer stock and a specific date and time for the test drive. I was told 1 was sold did recieve a call back. I specified 3 specific vehicles from the Dealer stock and a specific date and time for the test drive. I was told 1 was sold, but that others just like it were available and would be ready on my arrival. Upon arrival at the dealership a sales associate told me they would help. Back to square 1, NO vehicles were ready. I had to request all of the specific vehicles again. NONE were ready. 2 hours later only 1 of my requested vehicles was actually presented for a test drive. The sales staff presented a top of the line alternative for the other vehicle not the options I would even consider purchasing. This experience was a total waste of my time. Why would I bother spending time reviewing inventory on line and requesting a specific model and option package for test drive only to start all over again when I get to the dealership. I will NEVER recommend this dealership. The sales manager stopped by at the end 2 hours too late to do any good for this customer. More

Big ups to my dream team Sales Consultant Brad Hartong who was the first person to meet me at the door when I walked into Currie Motors sales dept. and Sales Manager Mark Kischkel who gave me a great pric who was the first person to meet me at the door when I walked into Currie Motors sales dept. and Sales Manager Mark Kischkel who gave me a great price; I went into Currie Motors because my Ford Explorer died and it needed a transmission which was too costly and ended up purchasing a quality used vehicle instead; I wanted another Ford Explorer but didn't like the new body and I told Brad what I wanted in a SUV and he actually heard me and found me the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted including CD/tape player, sunroof, remote starter, compass and features I didn't ask for like heated seats, rear camera for backing up and at the signing Chad stepped in to finish the deal while Brad was out sick, excellent and Chad even called me days after my purchase January 21, 2014 to see how pleased I was with my new vehicle and if there was anything I needed just call or come in and I've had to bring it back to the service department for minor things like the battery in the remote not working and just called again this evening and spoke to Brad about my brakes squeaking and the pedal goes the floor and he said to put my mind at ease just bring it in and our service people will look at it; that makes me as a customer feel good that Currie Motors stands behind their vehicles. He showed me various options and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and made sure that I had the opportunity to see and drive multiple cars. He has made several follow-up phone calls to see if I have any question and if needed any assist with any features on my new car.
