Positive Experience Mark Lidano was great. He was patient, laid-back, respectful and professional. He accommodated my requests during the COVID-19 shutdown and he got rig Mark Lidano was great. Very good experience with minimal pressure Had a very good experience choosing Cityside over other dealers that were closer to where we live--we decided to try Cityside first on reputation as p Had a very good experience choosing Cityside over other dealers that were closer to where we live--we decided to try Cityside first on reputation as possibly being more easy to deal with and more transparent on arriving at a price. We went earlier on in the timeline than we needed to just to test drive and after level-setting expectations, thankfully were not repeatedly contacted over and over again after our visit, so we returned to continue the process. The sales rep was very reasonable to deal with and communicative throughout and that continued with the finance rep. There will always be typical things to have to endure by nature of new cars having to be sold through dealerships... the scurrying back to the 'manager' to re-tune a price, the pressure to take a car with different options that's already on the lot, the extra protection add-ons... but having to go through these was bearable because of the attentiveness and our ability to arrive at a very fair/reasonable pricing for the vehicle we ultimately wanted that they would obtain from another Subaru New England dealer. We plan on returning for a second purchase soon. Choosing Cityside although a bit farther to get to for us over the other Subaru dealers in the area seemed to be the right call and we're happy we did it. More
