Right from walking in the door for the first time, Mark Lidano was very friendly and helpful. Given that your average person doesn’t buy a new car all that often, we were initially worried that we’d end up Lidano was very friendly and helpful. Given that your average person doesn’t buy a new car all that often, we were initially worried that we’d end up with a pushy sales rep. This was certainly NOT the case with Mark and it was clear that he was mindful to ask just the right amount of questions and give enough information to be helpful without being overbearing. From the outset, we explained that the purpose of our first visit was just to begin to look and gather information, and would not be buying a vehicle that day. We were given the option to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted with or without the sales rep which we appreciated. Before leaving that day we set up an appointment for the following week to come back and ask any other questions that may have come to thought, and to go on any additional test drives. When we arrived the following week, we were greeted again, and had made the choice that Mark and Cityside were the person and dealership we wanted to buy from. They took the time to explain everything throughout the process and patiently answered all our questions. We genuinely felt that they cared, and in the couple of months after our purchase, Mark has checked in with us on several occasions to see how we’re doing and to make sure we’re still happy with the car. I would highly recommend both Mark and Cityside, and feel that the experience we received made us feel part of the Subaru family! More
