Mark joined Ferrari of San Francisco in January 2005 when it was a factory-owned store catering to Ferrari and Maserati clientele. Since that time, he has risen through the ranks from sales consultant to the General Manager overseeing all aspects of the customer experience. Born in San Francisco, Mark moved away at a young age, only to return in 1999 with his family. Mark's career could be characterized as catering to clients of luxury and exotic brands, since he has worked for some of the world's most prestigious names in the automotive and electronics industries. Centered on dedication to providing the highest level of customer service, Mark and the team at Ferrari of San Francisco have proven to be a winning combination for their clientele. This past year, the dealership was named as one of the top three Ferrari franchise dealerships in the world for 2018 by the factory, while DealerRater crowned Ferrari of San Francisco the Top Ferrari Dealer in California.

From years of buying exotic and collectable cars, I can definitively say that Ferrari of San Francisco is the best dealer I've ever worked with. I'm on my third new Ferarri from Ferarri of San Francisc definitively say that Ferrari of San Francisco is the best dealer I've ever worked with. I'm on my third new Ferarri from Ferarri of San Francisco, and couldn't be happier. Mark and his team have far exceeded every expectation I've had. Having worked with over a dozen different dealers over the years, I can without a doubt say that Ferarri of San Francisco turns what used to be a headache into an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. I purchased a 2007 F-430 coupe, with the CPO Guarantee. I was a little nervous buying a car from a dealership 2000 miles away, sight unseen. Fortuantly James Chou and Tom Mcafee put me at ease, and delivered a spetacular automobile that I couldn't be happier with. After receiving the car, it was discovered that there was a problem with the gear shifter. James, Tom, and Mark Paddack arrainged for he car to be picked up at my house in St. Louis and taken to their other dealership in Texas. There Steve the service manager went outo of his way to fix and return the car as soon as the parts came in. All of this was done at their exspense. They even shipped the car back to me on a 1 day hot shot delivery so I could have it for this weekend Ferrari Club of Saint Louis event. This will be my 5th Ferrari, and certanly will not be my last. My next one will also be purchased from them. Thank you Ferrari for selecting such terrific dealerships such as Ferrari of San Francisco to represent your cars, which are the ultimate vehicles, no questions asked. I have dealt with this dealer in the past but this is the first time since Mark Paddack has taken over. My experience with Mark was nothing but positive. I expect the cars made by Ferrari to deliver a world class experience... and they do. What I didn't expect was to have a world class experience with the San Francisco Ferrari dealership... but I did. class experience... and they do. I've bought and sold many high end cars over my life time and I've learned to tolerate mediocrity in many of the dealerships where I've done these transactions. Ferrari and Maserati of San Francisco is a great dealership! I have only good things to say about James Todd and Mark Paddack. Initially I came into the dealership around April to look at the Masera dealership! I have only good things to say about James Todd and Mark Paddack. Initially I came into the dealership around April to look at the Maserati Granturismo S. I was expecting the employees at this dealership to be stuffy and look down upon me because of my young age. It was nice that I was treated with the utmost respect. James showed me a slick looking 2011 GTS and took me for a test drive around Sausalito. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the car for the worry of it not making it up my driveway. I was glad that both James and Mark were understanding of the issue and did not pester me about it. About 4-5 months later I saw a used 2010 GTS on their website and came into the dealership to look at it. James again took me for a test drive and I ended up buying the Maserati. James was there every step of the way emailing and calling me in regards to my questions and requests. Mark was also able to throw in 2 new rear tires along with a 3 year Certified preowned warranty on top of the remaining 2 years of the original warranty. Although there were better deals on eBay and Craigslist, I would much rather work with a local dealership and have that piece of mind. About a month and a half after I bought the Maserati I received a check engine light. I emailed James and he provided me with the information to the service center in San Rafael. I called the service center and my name, car model and VIN was already in their system - so that was nice. I brought the car for them to look at and within 15 minutes, they had one of their technicians plug in the debugger to find out what the root of the issue was. Turns out it was only a loose gas cap (which was weird because I didn't get gas for the past 3 weeks). Luckily it was a quick fix and I wasn't charged anything. I love the kind staff, the smooth sales process and understanding that they have at both Ferrari and Maserati of San Francisco and their service center in San Rafael. Can't wait to purchase my Ferrari from them! More
