Considerate and knowledgeable Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that Curtis went out of his way to educate us on the various options available in a used Outback, and contacted us when something new became available that might meet our needs. We appreciated his keeping us -- and our priorities -- in mind. He also arranged to have someone else help us when he would be unavailable, and Mark and Mont were great to work with as we finalized our purchase. Curtis, Carlos, Mark, and Mont each spent a good deal of time with us, and we were never rushed, although it sometimes felt unnecessary to wait for the designated person to help us while others were standing around with nothing to do. It also would have been helpful to receive more detailed information on the available warranties earlier in the process, but we were pleased with Mont's guidance about our options, and the financing process was actually pretty slick and painless. Their concierge service was an unexpected plus! We will definitely return to this dealership. More

Superb service + they wash my car every time! My 2005 Forester was in best top notch condition thanks to Tom Francis tender loving care over years of fine service. Think we were both a little sad My 2005 Forester was in best top notch condition thanks to Tom Francis tender loving care over years of fine service.
