Oil Change Always getting an oil change at Mark Miller, you know you will have to wait an hour to two hours for a stupid oil change. Why???? Maybe, -- Mark Miller needs to invest in a better system with their oil change department????? More

2nd purchase here, will be back I purchased my first Subaru at Mark Miller about 4 or 5 years ago, and this week returned for our second purchase. Since the first purchase with Mark I purchased my first Subaru at Mark Miller about 4 or 5 years ago, and this week returned for our second purchase. Since the first purchase with Mark Miller we have purchased other vehicles at other dealerships (we moved out of state and are now back), and never had the kind of experience that we have now had two times with Mark Miller Subaru Midtown. We worked with Jon as our sales agent during our first purchase and absolutely had a wonderful experience; we felt everything was transparent, friendly and very helpful - getting a great price without the hassle of any back and forth is an added bonus. At the time I remember Jon listening to what we were looking for and what we could afford and finding us the right fit at a great price, no pressure to get anything we didn't need or want. This experience was a little different in that budget was not as much of an issue, but Mark and Carlos (our sales agents this time around) were excellent in explaining what our options were and helping us track down exactly what we wanted. Once again; no pressure - just patient assistance in finding what we were looking for in a a transparent and very helpful manner. This time around Jon was our Finance representative and just like the time before; he put together an excellent package for us that was exactly what we wanted - no pressure for anything we didn't want or need, but I did feel all of the benefits of the various options were excellently explained. Everyone at the dealership has been excellent. We bring our first Subaru in for its regular service and the Service department always does an excellent job. The loaner program is seamless and very helpful. The staff at the front and other sales people are very helpful, helping to track down the car we were looking to test drive on this most recent stop in while we waiting for our sales agent to wrap up what he was working on. Throughout the process you feel like it is important to everyone there that your purchasing experience be as enjoyable as your new Subaru will be. We love both of our Subarus and will be back to Mark Miller again for our future car service and purchase needs. More

I returned on Saturday and ended up purchasing the car I'd driven the day before. On Saturday I worked extensively with Mark and he was great as well. The price I paid was very fair and I didn't have to play some game to get that price. More

Solid, professional, and not at all pushy. I may be at the tails of the curve, but I already knew precisely what I wanted when I contacted them. They happened to have the year and model I wanted, so it was worth flying from LA to pick up the car. The sales staff were very professional, low key, willing to answer any and all questions, and very efficient at preparing the paperwork and the car for purchase. When I got there, all went off without a hitch. We spent plenty of time going over the details, making sure it was precisely what I expected, and working through the options. The time spent with the concierge was valuable, and I encourage anyone, even experienced Subaru owners, to take advantage of the short orientation to your new car. Everyone was well informed, professional and customer oriented. AND they kindly picked me up at the airport, and provided me with a free lunch while we worked through the paperwork! More
