When I decided on a vehicle Mr. Velko took his time although it was after hours to make sure everything was taken care of and I was satisfied... Mark this is not on you, it is on whomever crafted this survey, whether corporate or local. To management, you should reconsider the construct of this survey. Most folks don't like to be bossed around by a bot. Mark was great! I think I have satisfied the 25 word feel good written survey at this point. By the way, we love the vehicle! More

He displayed patience and enthusiasm through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Mark and reviewed several vehicle. I finally selected a 2016 Lexus, applied for and received financing, and an excellent price for the vehicle- this was all done via phone and Internet. I visited the dealership that day, test drove the vehicle, and proceeded with the purchase. I highly recommend Mark; he is a consummate professional who cares about doing the right thing for his customers. More

Quick and Honest I called the day before I came to pick up my vehicle. Everything was handled promptly. I didn't feel like they were trying to play any games. Mark P worked with me from long distance and made the deal work. He had the patience of The Biblical character “Job”!( must be his military background) Would call him again when seeking another Infiniti deal work. He helped calm me thru the tremendous do’s and don’t s of the dealership ( cash deals are really hard when you live 400 miles from the dealership but they had a certified QX80 we wanted - guess it is just the world we live in now - such a shame.) maybe next time I will just wire funds and wait an extra day for funds to get transferred instead of being reported to government for having cash. The only reason for a 4 rating overall was because of the dealership, not the sales person as Mark Preston is definitely a large 5 More
